• Personal Information provided by you.

  This includes names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, usernames, contact preferences, contact or authentication data, billing addresses, passwords and other similar information.

• Log Files.

  The information in log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses and information about your activity in the website. This information is not linked to any information that can be used to personally identify an individual.

• Payment Data.

  All credit card information provided by you is encrypted, only you can edit/ view it and Ginkgo Craft Studio does not have access to the same. • Social media login data.

  If you choose to register using your existing social media account details like your Facebook or Google account, Ginkgo Craft Studio will receive the profile information that you choose to make public on such social media platform. This information is only used for the purposes that are described in this privacy policy. Please note, we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider.

• Cookies & Web Beacons.

  We may use cookies and web beacons to access or store information about visitor preferences and record user-specific information like source of traffic, pages visited and time spent on the website.

We also use Canada Post as our only delivery service and will provide them with required information for completion of said delivery/ shipping. This includes your name and shipping address. We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone else. We may process or share your data that we hold for the following legal basis:

Ginkgo Craft Studio does not knowingly collect personably identifiable information of children under 16 years of age. If we learn that personal information from users less than 16 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.
